About krasoden.online
Last updated:
A small, independent publication that explains mobile games properly — the systems, the time they want and the money they ask for — and is honest about being funded by advertising.
What we do
Mobile games are covered either by marketing or by enthusiast communities who already know the jargon. There is very little in between: a plain explanation of how a game actually works, written for someone deciding whether to install it. That gap is what this site is for.
Every article tries to answer the same four questions: what is this, how does it actually work, how much of my time does it want, and what does it want me to pay for. We would rather publish one thorough page than twenty thin ones.

Who writes it
Oliver Scott is the director of publication and responsible editor. He writes the articles on this site and signs off on everything published here, including this page. Articles carry his byline and a date, and a review date once they have been re-checked. There are no anonymous posts and no invented author personas on this site.
Correspondence about anything published here reaches him directly at info@krasoden.online.
How we are paid
Advertising, and only advertising. Some links on this site are affiliate links, labelled “partner link”, and earn us a commission when a reader installs the advertised product. Readers pay nothing, ever. Advertisers see nothing before publication and can change nothing after it. The arrangement is set out in full in the advertising disclosure.
What we refuse to do
No fake testimonials. No invented ratings or scores. No countdown timers or manufactured urgency. No guaranteed-result claims. No pretending to be an official source. No statistic we cannot point at. The full list, with the reasoning, is in the editorial policy.
What we do not collect
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising pixels. No browser storage. No third-party requests of any kind — no hosted fonts, no CDN, no remote images. No contact form, because a form would collect data. The cookie policy tells you how to check all of that in your own browser in about a minute.
Independence
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, including Plarium and Aristocrat Leisure. Trademarks named on the site belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary only.
Our own illustrations
Every diagram on this site was drawn by us as an original SVG file, in the site's own colours, with alternative text and a caption. We use no screenshots, no promotional artwork and no stock photography. It keeps us clear of other people's copyright, and a diagram that explains a mechanic is more use than a picture of a menu anyway.
