A contact form would need to collect and process your data on our server, which would break the zero-collection promise we make in our privacy policy. Email keeps the exchange between your mail provider and ours, with nothing passing through this website at all. It is less slick and considerably more honest.

Ordinary email is not encrypted. Please do not send sensitive personal information, identity documents or payment details — we never need any of them.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent publication, not a game company. We cannot recover your game account, process a refund, respond to a ban, answer a billing question or pass a message to a developer. For anything to do with a game itself, contact that game's publisher through their own support channel. For RAID: Shadow Legends that is Plarium, not us.
