1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, because we carry out no large-scale monitoring and process no special categories of data. Data protection questions go to the address above and are answered by Oliver Scott.

2. What we do not do

Stating this plainly is more useful than a list of hypotheticals. On this website there is:

• no cookie of any kind — not necessary, not functional, not analytical, not advertising;
• no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, no pageview beacon;
• no advertising pixel — no Meta pixel, no Microsoft UET tag, no Google Ads conversion tag, no remarketing code;
• no fingerprinting — we do not read canvas, fonts, screen metrics, WebGL or audio characteristics;
• no browser storage — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no Web SQL, no cache-based identifiers;
• no third-party requests — no Google Fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social widget, no external script. Every file the page loads comes from this domain;
• no contact form, no newsletter, no account, no login, no comment section, no profiling and no automated decision-making;
• no sale or sharing of personal data, ever.

Because nothing is stored on or read from your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for, no consent is required under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, and this site therefore has no consent banner. The cookie policy explains how to check that for yourself.

3. Server log files

Like any web server, ours records a technical entry for each request so the site can be operated and defended against abuse. That entry can contain:

• the IP address the request came from;
• the date and time of the request;
• the path requested and the HTTP status returned;
• the number of bytes sent;
• the browser's user-agent string and, if your browser sends one, the referring page.

4. If you email us

If you write to info@krasoden.online we necessarily receive your email address, your message and anything else you put in it. We use that solely to answer you.

• Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns steps prior to a contract.
• Retention: for as long as needed to deal with the matter, and then deleted. Where a message relates to a correction we have published, we keep the correspondence for as long as we keep the correction record, so that the record can be justified.
• Recipients: the email is handled by our mailbox provider acting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR. We do not forward your message to advertisers.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information. Ordinary email is not an encrypted channel.

5. Links to other websites

Some links on this site lead elsewhere, including commercial links marked “partner link”. Following a link takes you outside our control. The destination site will have its own privacy policy, and it may well set cookies and use trackers. Our promises end at our domain boundary. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you install software from.

When you follow a link away from this site, your browser may send a referrer header. We instruct browsers to use the strict-origin-when-cross-origin policy, which means an external site is told only that you came from https://krasoden.online, never which page you were reading.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

We do not transfer reader data outside the European Economic Area, because we do not collect reader data. The website is served from a server located in the European Union.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), its rectification (Art. 16), its erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time.

Exercise any of these by writing to info@krasoden.online. We answer within one month. Note honestly that for an ordinary visitor there is usually nothing to give you: we hold no identifier that would let us connect a request to your past visits, and under Article 11 GDPR we are not obliged to acquire additional information merely to identify you.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully you may complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is:

9. Children

This site is aimed at adults and knowingly collects no data about anyone, of any age.

10. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the site works — for example by adding a feature that needs storage — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that feature goes live. We have no plans to do so.
